Actor Mickey Rourke was arrested on a DUI violation while riding a Vespa scooter in Miami Beach, Florida on November 8, 2007. Rourke was sentenced to six months probation, ordered to pay a fine of nearly $1200 and ordered to complete 50 hours of community service work. Instead of completing the community service time, Rourke agreed to a plea bargain allowing him to pay the court $10 for each hour of community service that was originally sentenced.
